Costa Brava Girona Basket 2015 have a very strong commitment to the Girona basketball. The tournament is held in Girona, and this also makes that some of the teams participating in the tournament are in from this area. There are some, however, who do not belong to any club in particular, but form what we call the “Girona’s Team” with young players.
Three companies of Girona wanted to support and work for make posible that three “Girona’s teams” can compete with other teams from different parts of the country in this tournament. Specifically, these entities are Grup Andreu, Ambisist and Mic Grup. The commercial director of Grup Andreu, Eduard Barceló; Ambisist manager, Josep Calahorra; and Grup Mic manager, Jordi Miró, have made the official photo for support Girona basketball with de the president of Federació Territorial Gironina de Bàsquet, Xavier Santaló.
The three Girona selections will be spread over U12 categories. In the female, there will be two Girona teams; while in male will be one. We look forward to the participation of all of them!
