The Hoops Club of Lebanon this year repeats its participation in the Costa Brava Girona Basquet, after its debut in the tournament the previous year. In addition, his arrival at the CBGB meant the first performance in the tournament of a non–European team. It is for this reason a real pleasure to have a team that comes from a country located more than 3,000 kilometers away from Girona.
For its part, the Hoops Club is characterized by a strong commitment to the work of values that involve sports practice. For that reason it offers the practice of many modalities: from soccer or taekwondo, to badminton or basketball, in which besides the youngsters and it also has a first team.
In this sense, last year they had a team in all categories except the male U16 and the U12 female. However, this year they have not confirmed its presence at all ages, as it was planned, and they will only take part at U12 male category. Welcome back Hoops Club!
